Your order will be prepared in our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will be handed over to the courier. Please note that external factors, such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, unfavorable weather conditions, or the inability to access the specified address, may affect the accuracy of the delivery. Once the order has been created, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and information about the courier service, which you can use to track your package.
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so that we can carry out the necessary checks. If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received it, contact our customer support no later than 2 days after the supposed delivery of your package so that we can verify the status of your delivery with the courier service.
If you are not at the address, a second delivery is automatically scheduled for the next day. If the recipient is still not at the address, the package will automatically be returned to the sender.

When receiving your package, please check it in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages (torn parts and dents), you should not accept the package. If you have received your package and after opening the box you find that the delivered goods do not match the ordered ones, or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please call us within 24 hours from the moment of receipt at 011 735 85 22, or send an email with your details (first name, last name, phone number) to info@ilbambino.rs and describe the issue. If discrepancies occur on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, please proceed in the manner defined by the consumer complaint guidelines for goods purchased through the online store. In the event of a complaint, the costs of returning the goods in both directions are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item. According to the Law on Electronic Commerce, purchases made on our online store www.ilbambino.rs are considered distance sales. Accordingly, the Consumer Protection Law grants the buyer the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from the day the package was delivered. When cancelling, the buyer may, but does not have to, specify the reasons for cancellation. To exercise this right, it is necessary to complete the cancellation form. The form can be downloaded here.
1. Send us the completed form by email at info@ilbambino.rs. The deadline for sending this form/statement is 14 days from the moment the contract between the consumer and the retailer is concluded.
2. We will confirm receipt of your statement and provide the address to which you should return the purchased product.
3. The costs for returning the goods according to Article 35 are borne by the consumer, i.e., the buyer. The consumer has 14 days from the moment of sending the form to return the goods.
4. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. After receiving the product and its proper verification, the money will be refunded to you within 14 days to the account you provided in the form.
Currently, we do not have the option to exchange sizes. If the item is too big or too small, you can request a return and refund. After that, you can place a new order for the desired product in the correct size, or for a different item.
In case of returning goods or refunding the buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or fully, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Il Bambino web shop is obliged to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller's request, process the refund to the cardholder's account.
For the refund, we require the following details: your invoice/shipping note number, your personal identification number (optional), your dinar current account number, and the name of the bank where you hold the account.
The refund is carried out exclusively by transferring funds to the current account and it is not possible to send cash to the courier.
